Day 13

Avery and I headed out and did some shopping of our own today, while our dad and Greyson went scuba diving.

We headed home and hit the beach.

We had dinner at the Waterfront.

Day 12

Warning: almost all of the photos in this post are of food. I'm sorry to disappoint anyone.

We went out for lunch at a dim sum restaurant.

Avery practicing her  chopstick skills by picking up peanuts.

Pan-fried radish cakes. They were not good.

These were so good. Steamed egg cream buns.

Our favorite type of dim sum. Steamed meat buns.

Inside the noodle pocket is soup broth and a meat patty. You stab the noodle to release the broth and cool everything down.  Then you drink the broth and eat the rest.  It's so good.

The thing in the upper left hand corner is steamed glutinous rice in lotus leaf.  The thing in the upper right hand corner is steamed chicken rolls with ham & mushroom. The thing in the middle is steamed spare ribs with black bean sauce.

We went to the Ladies Market after Dim sum. We bought some things and I did not get any pictures.

Day 11

We headed out to the Ladies Market today.

After shopping we met our dad and went to dinner at Caps Cafe.

We drank hot chocolate.

Greyson's dinner. It was noodles and chicken.

Avery and I had this Penne pasta with duck.

Our dad had this pasta with prawns.

Day 10

Avery and I decided to go out and try and find the beach. In the process we were chased by a crazed dog and I almost bled to death by dog bites. Just to clarify, I am not injured.

The beach! it was super difficult to find seashells due to the fact that it is mostly sand and rocks.

We decided to have a mini photo shoot. I took a lot of Avery but she is shy in front of the camera, so only a few are good. Goofy face.

Avery decided to try and take some photos of me. They did not turn  out well, so I had to take one myself.

Greyson cooked dinner. It was steamed rice, salad, lemon chicken, and a portuguese egg tart.  All was good but the egg tart was ok.

Just my dad and I headed out after dinner to a market. Some people were all lined up to take a photo of someone famous who was going to be driving down this street.
